Supreme Court Upholds APC Rivers Nullification

The Supreme court have upheld the Nullification of Rivers APC Primaries. Delivering the judgement 

by Justice Mohammed Dattijo  who head the five man panel Justices in Abuja, overruled the objection led by the Tonye Cole faction of the APC that it had earlier withdrawn from the appeal against the court ruling.

The APC in Rivers had earlier been disqualified by INEC from taking part in the governorship election over the Crisis rocking the state chapter of the APC.
